You can order repeat prescriptions which have already been agreed with your doctor, in three different ways:
- Online: click on the link at the top of this page.
- In person: either tick the items on your repeat slip or complete a request form. Download here or collect from reception. Send or bring these to the reception.
- Pharmacy: you can arrange with your local pharmacy to collect and deliver your regular prescriptions.
Unfortunately we cannot accept requests by telephone. In urgent situations your request will be passed to a doctor who may contact you by telephone.
Prescriptions will normally be available TWO working days after submission if you are collecting from the surgery.
Where prescriptions are sent to a local pharmacy, collection time will depend upon the pharmacy involved. Please discuss directly with the pharmacy.
Click here for contact details and opening times.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
