Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles. Questions will be asked and you will be directed onto the correct pathway to the appropriate services.




Life-threatening conditions e.g. severe abdominal pain, suspected stroke or heart attack, severe breathing difficulty.

Call 999

Suspected bone fracture, deep laceration or other significant injury - attend your local A&E Dept.
